Probleme mit Grafikkarte - DirectX

Hallo Zusammen,
wenn ich Proboader(ein Snowboardspiel) starte, dann kommt bei mir folgende Fehlermeldung:
Access to this surface is being refused because the surface memory is gone. The DirectDrawSurface object
representing this surface should have Restore called on it.
Code: 450, facility: 2166, severity: 1
Auf Win98 lief die Software fehlerfrei - hat vielleicht jmd. eine Idee???

Nee,
ganz so einfach ist es nicht!!! Ich habe ALLES was man updaten kann geupdatet!
Detonator, DirectX, Chipsatz ( und für das Problem brauche ich ja keinen neuen Druckertreiber ;-) )
andere Idee?
