loadqm.exe - für was ist die denn gut?

hi,
hab seit ein paar Tagen eine LOADQM.EXE im Autostart. Ich weiß nicht wo sie herkommt und wofür sie gut sein soll. Weiß das vielleicht jemand von euch?

This program is the Microsoft MSN query manager, used with the chat program MSN Messenger. Disabling it from startup will not harm the software. In fact, it will free up some of your computers resources. From MSConfigs startup tab you can simply untick the box next to loadqm.exe (tick to restore).
