Virus an Bord
Frage
Ich habe mir beim öffnen einer e mail einen Virus eingefangen. Mein ANTIVIR Programm wurde ausgeschaltet und ich kann es auch nicht mehr neu Instalieren,
und am "rattern" der Festplatte merke ich dass im hintergrund ein Programm läuft.Bin kein Profi. Wer oder was könnte helfen.
