logomanager backupfile zurückholen ???

hallo wie oben beschrieben habe ich mein telefonbuch in ein backupfile gespeichert jetzt will ich die ganzen einträge die in diesen file gespeichert sind zurück in das telefon laden meine frage wie lade ich das bakupfile in den logomanager wieder zurück?????

noch nicht einmal fähig die Hilfefunktion zu nutzen, oder nur zu faul selber zu denken?

ok danke ich habe die ganze zeit auf my kontakts geklickt deswegen kam die meldung nicht danke hat gefunzt
