This is because you are using a system other than English language system or your system dosen't support multiple language. You have two ways to fix this problem:
1. download this db.mdb file overwrite the 'CMailServer\db\db.mdb'.
2. Open 'CMailServer\db\db.mdb' in your Microsoft Access and copy all the table into a new database. Using this new database file overwrite the old 'CMailServer\db\db.mdb' and it will work well.
