Hi I need help, and any answer is highly appreciated for your efforts over it. I have problem in connecting to internet by T-DSL 4 software for my flat rate connection over my desktop computer. The software installation is correct as I did the installation on my laptop that successfully connected with all Zugang data provided by T-online. Problem started after I used lovasoft for spyware removal and exactly after using Anti-vir software personal version. I did all driver installation for network card and dignostic of window says it is ok. when I run T-DSL leicht gemacht for Funktiontest it says on first Network adopter 1394 is active Realtek fast ethernet type is active second window: T-DSL test mit 1394 net adaptor after checking ... says kein zugriff über 1395 net adopter but zugriff über realtek erfolgreich rest of test is successful help given is für T-DSL zugang benötigen Sie DSL fähiges DFÜ -Gerat I am also asking T online, I am at fail how does one get it. sincerely yours vimal

Did you try to make a simple DFÜ-Connection?

User info has to be invoked like follows:

"NutzerkennungNutzernummer#Mitbenutzernummer@t-online.de"

T-DSL - Protocol (PPPoE) has to be installed...

after checking again your post - I`ve another idea:

seem so that another Adaptor is installed ("1395 net adaptor"), maybe you will have to deactivate that for testing...
or, if there is no second network adaptor, perhaps there is another entry in the hardware-list (from failed installation tries). If so, simply remove the entry and boot the system

(sorry for my raw english ;-) )

• DSL komplett auf 1und1, keine Mail mehr von compuserve
• Internet freigabe für 2 PC
