Bei Winstart Alertbox mit fehlender DLL

Hallo,
bei Start von Windows (Desktop) erscheint eine Messagebox mit:
Titel: Fehler beim Starten des Programms
Inhalt: Die Datei EVENTEX.DLL ist verknüpft mit dem fehlenden Export COMNCTR.DLL...
Wie kann ich das löschen, also die DLL komplett entfernen aus dem System? Vermutlich gehört die nur zu einem Programm, was gar nicht mehr auf der Platte ist...

I have exactly the same problem and it existed after I installed Logitech software for my trackball optical mouse. I have reinstalled it two times but the problems remains and does not go away.
If you know, can you tell me please..
