Spong-Konfiguration, Verbindung mit Apache

Hallo,
ich habe heute Abend das Monitoring-Tool "spong" installiert und habe eine kurze Frage zur Konfiguration. Apache läuft bei mir.
Was ist mit dieser Passage aus dem Admin-Guide gemeint? In welche Datei muss ich die beiden nachfolgenden Zeilen eintragen?

On the web server side of thing your will have to configure two items: the SPONG/www directory and the SPONG/cgi-bin/ CGI directory
Spong CGI Directory
The SPONG/cgi-bin/ directory must be setup as a CGI directory and alias-ed into the desired location. For example, for Apache a sample configuration line would be:
ScriptAlias /spong/cgi-bin/ /usr/local/spong/cgi-bin/
Spong HTML Directory
The SPONG/www/ directory must be alias-ed into the desired location within the web server document tree. If you want the SPONG/www directory to be under http://www.example.org/spong/ on an Apache web server, use this configuration line:
Alias /spong/ /usr/local/spong/www/

Das muss in die /etc/apache2/conf/commonapache2.conf rein.
Steht auch schon ein solches Alias.
Bedeutet einfach nur das Apache dieses Programm auch ausführt.
