Nur weil du es nicht kannst, ist es noch lange nicht "saukompliziert". Die Lösung ist ein beliebiges Grafikprogramm deiner Wahl.

da Du Deine Frage in der RubrikTextverarbeitung gestellt hast, nehme ich an, dass Du ein Bild in Deine Textdatei eingefügt hast, und Du möchtest Text auf dem Bild erscheinen lassen.
1. Grafik aus Datei einfügen
2. Rechtsklick > Grafik formatieren
3. Layout: "Hinter den Text legen"
4. Auf der Symbolleiste in Word Menü "Zeichnen" anklicken
5. für Sprechblase "Autoformen" > "Legenden",
6. für normalen Text "Wordart" aufrufen (die Ikone mit dem schräg gestellten A).

Möchtest Du das wirklich so machen, wie in Antwort 3 beschrieben? Kann ich mir kaum vorstellen, wenn das Ergebnis nachher ins Internet gestellt werden soll. Normalerweise kann das jedes Grafikprogramm, für kurze Texte (z.B. Copyrightvermerke) tut es auch z.B. IrfanView (das bietet außerdem auch eine Batchverarbeitung, um viele Bilder in einem Rutsch zu modifizieren).
