Fehlermeldung beim Start meines neuen Spieles

Ich habe mir ein neues PC-Spiel gekauft (Emergency 3) und kann es leider nicht spielen. Die Systemanforderungen sind alle erfüllt und alle spielspezifischen Problemlösungsversuche habe ich schon "abgeklappert". Hab mich auch schon im Emergency-3 Forum erkundigt und den Support um Hilfe gebeten - allerdings ohne erfolg. Beim Start erscheint immer folgende Fehlermeldung und ich würde gern wissen, was sie bedeutet...

Haste mal das Spiel neu installiert. Sieht aus wie ein Speicherfehler.

Ja, habe ich - mehrmals.
Kann man da irgendwas machen, um das Problem zu lösen? Im Forum vom Spiel meinten alle nur, das läge an der Grafikkarte. Aber das Spiel will ja nur 32 mb Grafikspeicher und die Radeon 7000 hat 64...
Das Spiel erstellt immer ein "logfile" - das hab ich hier mal kopiert - vielleicht hilft das weiter:
