Problem mit Ati Radeon X700 | AGP aktivieren

Hallo Leute,
habe ein Problem und zwar lässt sich AGP nicht aktivieren. habe es mit bios schon probiert , da lässt er die Einstellung drinnen auf 4x bzw. 8x . Doch bei Systemsteuerung-Anzeige-Eisntelunngen-erweitert-Smartcard speichert er die Einstellung nicht ab.
