Explorer startet automatisch beim Hochfahren

Hallo zusammen,
Seit einigen Tagen wird beim Hochfahren des PC´s automatisch der Internet Explorer gestartet. (gleich 2 mal) Autostart habe ich natürlich schon kontrolliert.
System --> W2K

dann haste wohl was übersehen. es gibt auch programme die den IE starten ( zB um eine Hilfeseite anzuzeigen oder auf ihre Homepage zu verweisen )
guck mal genauer, zB mit dem ASViewer oder dem Startup.cpl
