Einbau eines Iomega Ditto 800 Streamerlaufwerkes

Hallo miteinander,
hat jemand schon einmal ein Iomega Ditto 800 Streamer Laufwerk eingebaut? Meine Einbauversuche, sowohl hardware- als auch softwareseitig schlugen bis jetzt fehl. Ich kann das Teil sowieso auf Grund des Steckers nur am Diskettenkabel mit anschließen und im BIOS weiß ich nicht, wie man da etwas einstellen soll. Jedenfalls wird es nicht erkannt.
Wer weiß mehr?

Von IOMEGA gibt es doch extra Tools, um solche Geräte anzusprechen. Geht es damit auch nicht ?
