I installed a pci card with 2 pci & 1 // ports based on SUN 1889 & SUN 1689 CHIPS - brand Q-TEC - today and had this problem of new device called " microsoft RawPort ". only found questions but not answers on the net ... I finally downloaded some drivers from SUNIX realeased today ... lucky I am ! and the problem sems to have desappeared.
