Wie man E-Mails mit Datum aus Outlook "exportiert"

Weil ich so lange gesucht habe, hier die Lösung.
Der Export aus Outlook geht (soweit ich es herausfinden konnte) garnicht. Jedenfalls nicht ohne Zusatzsoftware.
ABER
Wenn man eine Datenbank unter ACCESS erstellt, kann man von dort die Daten aus Outlook/Exchange importieren. Mit Uhrzeit und Datum!
So geht´s:
1. Start Access, and open a new blank database.
2. On the File menu, point to Get External Data, and then click Import.
3. In the File of type list, click to select Exchange(). If prompted, click to choose the correct profile.
4. Click the MAPI folder, and then click Finish.
