Probleme mit Miranda Skins für CLIST_MODERN.DLL

Was habe ich falsch gemacht? habe per Google folgende Anleitung gefunden und befolgt

So, die imgdecoder.dll kommt in den Hauptordner, die clist_modern.dll (das ist der ModernSkin den ihr vorhin [hoffentlich ] runtergeladen habt) in den Plugins Ordner.
Nun startet ihr Miranda IM, der neue Skin ist gleich aktiviert.
Die Skins die ihr runtergeladen habt entpackt ihr am besten so, dass die *msf Datei im plugins liegt und der dazugehörige Ordner mit den Bildern für den Skins sollte auch in plugins liegen.
Nun wählt ihr aus welchen Skins ihr wollt.

Den Link weiß ich nicht mehr. Wie dem auch sei, wenn ich ein Skin vom untenstehendem Link untergeladen habe.....

ändert sich zwar mein Skin, aber nur eben nur für die Kontaktliste - der Restliche Look bleibt klassisch in grau, das sieht jetzt so besch. aus - ein teil wie gesagt ist in nem neuen SkinLook, der andere Teil von Miranda (z.b. Chatfenster) bleibt grau.
So, entweder ihc bekomme es hin oder ich nehm bald wieder den einfachen klassischen Look :)
