HP-Direktor 1315 Öffnetn nicht

1315 Drucker drukt,aber der hp.Direktor öffnet nicht,so das kein Scänen möglich ist.

Hallo,
zum einen wohl nicht ganz richtig bei DSL.
Zum anderen, ich gehe von Win aus. Es wäre gut mitzuteilen welche Version, falls Vista oder XP mit SP2 mal bei HP nachsehen, es gibt eine überarbeitete Version.
Hatte das Problem auch, Nach Installation der neuen Version allesd ok.

nach installation des updates von hp

war wieder alles funktional. wäre sinnvoll wenn du nächstes mal dein Betriebssaystem angibts.
