Office2000 Fehler

Hi!
Habe folgendes Problem. Habe auf meinem Win2000 PC Office 2000 installiert. Nach einer erfolgreichen Installation (laut Setup) bekomme ich beim Aufruf von Office Produkten folgende Meldungen:
WORD, (PP, EXCEL, ....)
Programmfehler: Winword.exe hat Fehler verursacht und wird geschlossen. Starten Sie das Programm neu.
OUTLOOK
Die Anwendung konnte nicht ricthig initialisiert werden (0xc0000005). Klicken Sie auf OK....
Bitte um Hilfe - hab schon 5x installiert, repariert, SFH ausgeführt usw.

Produkt: Microsoft Office 2000 Premium -- Fehler 1608. Es wurde keine Installation eines der zur Installation dieses Produkts erforderlichen passenden Produkte auf diesem Computer gefunden.
Ich hab dann als Laufwerk auf dem das Produkt existiert die Office CD selber angegeben - dann gings weiter....

Hattest Du denn Office97 Premium vorher installiert? Oder versuchst Du etwa aus einem Update eine Vollversion zu machen?
