Scandisk mit NTFS Festplatte ?

Hallo,
habe meine Festplatte im NTFS Format und wollte mit einer Win98 CD im DOS Modus Scandisk ausführen. Leider geht das nicht weil NTFS.
Gibt es ein Programm womit ich eine Oberflächenanalyse meiner NTFS formatierten HDD machen kann?
