Hey ho! Kennt jemand ein Proggramm, mit dem man den videocodec von avi-dateien bestimmen kann.. ich hab da ein paar avi-filme, die im wmp7/realpl./quicktime-pl. weder bild noch ton haben und deren codec auch nicht erkannt wird! (im dateinamen steht "[nm]"...hat das vielleicht eine bedeutung?

Öffne die Datei einfach mit einem Editor. So nach ca. 100 Zeichen steht der Codec; z.B.: vidsRLE.
Dann kannst Du nach einer Downloadmöglichkeit suchen.

z.b bei pcwelt kannst du ein programm download das liest den codec aus und du kannst ihn sogar verändern. es heisst avic.exe und wird als zip file zum download bereitgestellt

Ok, this thing is pretty simple, all it does is read the FourCC
code from any given AVI file and allow you to set anything in its
place.

There are some default entries which you can use.

Please note, putting a bad FourCC code will
make your AVI unplayable.
