Ich habe ein Asus P5A-B Mainboard. Bei dem Mainboard wird eine CD mitgeliefert mit verschiedenen Treibern drauf, auch ein Windows Floppytreiber. Ich habe ihn Installiert und die Meldung dass er unter MS-Dos Probleme machen könnte Ignoriert. Nach der Installation ist mein System abgestürzt. Beim booten meldete er dann immer "Windows Schutzfehler starten sie neu". Ich bin nicht mehr in Windows gekommen. Dann habe ich Formatiert und wollte Windows 98SE neu aufsetzen. Also CD rein, Setup gestartet. Dann wie immer Laufwerke werden überprüft. Dann die Fehlermeldung "Fehler I63M1-04M6I (oder so ähnlich) entfernen sie vorhandene Disketten aus den Diskettenlaufwerken, drücken sie eine beliebige Taste um neu zu Starten.". Es ist aber keine Diskette im Laufwerk, warum also diese Fehlermeldung? Der Treiber der mit MS-DOS Probleme macht müsste nach dem Formatieren doch auch weg sein?
Ich hoffe einer kann mir helfen.

also von nem Floppy Treiber hab ich ehrlich gesagt noch nie was gehört.
War vielleicht ein Plattenmanager, der in Master Boot Record nun verewigt ist.
Versuchs mal von Diskette booten und fdisk /mbr eingeben.
Danach nochmals Steup ausführen.

Geht nicht gleiches Problem wie vorher. Aber was ist "Master Boot Record"

Im Menü der CD steht "Install 3Mode Floppydriver". Folgendes steht in der Readme Datei des Treibers:

H/W 3-mode type diskette drive
S/W A3MFDD.INF provides information for the installation.
ACR3MOD0.VXD is discribed in the A3MFDD.INF file.
MEDIUM 2HD 3.5" diskette
2. How to install the driver:
2.1 Run Setup.exe and pop up a dialog to confirm the driver installation.
If choosing "Yes", a "Add New Hardware Wizard" will pop up and click
"Next" to continue next screen.
2.2 Choosing the button of "No, the device isn't in the list." and
click "Next" to continue next screen.
2.3 Choosing the button of "No, I want to select the hardware from a list."
and click "Next" to continue next screen.
2.4 Click "Floppy disk controllers" and "Next" to continue next screen.
2.5 Click "Have Disk" and "Next" to continue next screen.
2.6 Choosing the drive of installation disk "D:" and the file
"D:\3MODE\WIN95_98\A3MFDD.INF". (D: Means CD-ROM drive)
2.7 Click "3ƒ‚[ƒhƒtƒƒbƒs[ƒhƒ‰ƒCƒo (ALI M5113/M5123/M1543)" and "OK" to continue
2.8 After click "Finish", the A3MFDD.VXD will be in
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\IOSUBSYS.
When the installation is successfully, the system will show
reboot message and the driver will be load at system reboot.
You can read and write 3-mode diskette and 1.44M diskette in the
same disk drive, and you don't need the logic drive.
When you want to scan the 3-mode diskette, you can use "SCANDISK"
offered by WIN95.

Du kannst schon lesen?

Hast Du eine 1.2 MB Diskette. Wohl kaum oder. Aber hauptsache alles installiert wo es einen Knopf dafür gibt.
Schau mal ins Bios
Vielleicht ist dort was verstellt worden.
Eventuell kanns du die "default" Einstellungen des Bios laden.
Danach von Diskette booten!
Und mit Fdisk alles platt machen.

1. du brauchst kein Dos-Treiber für das Floppy.!
2. schade das deine E-Mail Adi nicht stimmt.Hätte dir ne Bootdisk geschickt.
