Formular öffnen mit VB

Ich möchte ein Formular mit VB öffnen, hierbei sollen zwei Felder auf ihren Inhalt abgefragt werden. Das bedeutet das Feld1 "nicht null" sein soll, aber Feld2 "null" sein soll. Mit einem Feld bekomme ich dieses hin. Aber ich weiß nicht wie ich das zweite Feld einfügen kann.
Beispiel:
DoCmd.OpenForm "formularX", , , "[Feld1]<> Null"
