Your downloaded Scanner Driver does not work! Please refung purchase price of 50.47 euro

Hello! I am in Ireland, and following an upgrade from windows vista to Windows 7 Home Premium my driver for my Canoscan LiDE 200 was lost and I tried to get on to the "Original Canon scanner Downloads" thinking that I was getting on to CANON but wound upwith DRIVER TUNER which I thought was from CANON I was charged 50.47 euro for downloads (many of them ) when all I wanted was one driver for the CanoscanLiDE 200.
AS I had to pay the money BEFORE i could download, I did not know until I tried to use that Download that it did not even OPEN. So now having paid my money my scanner still will not work.
I paid through PayPal on 11/12/12 qaand as the Scanner still does not work, Please refund my money to my Visa card, (or to Paypal) or whatever you do in such cases, and I shall remove your downloads from my computer.
I am 76 years old and I have NO IDEA what most of your other drivers are for as all I wanted is to get my SCANNER working.
Please refund my money without delay, as I am sure you are a reputable company, and at my age I do not need all this hassle.
The gentleman in the computer shop has given me the correct CanoscanLiDe200 site to which I will get onto and load a driver that will get my scanner working.

sorry to tell ... but:

1st) you're writing to the wrong address to get your money back (I am sure you didn't pay anything to supportnet.de)

2nd) I fear you won't get your money back at all, even if you will complain to the correct address.

These kind of "services" you're telling about are just for getting money from *Z*ble victims like you... don't take this personally but it's the truth.

Hi,

i think you have ordered and paid for software named "Driver Tuner" or similar. Than you find your contact person by publisher.
