Hallo! ich bin gezwungen, auf einem AMD 1,2 Athlon mit Asus A7V133 und einer 40GB HDD Red Hat 6.2 zu installieren. Jedoch bekomme ich immer nach der installation eine Kernel Panic: Attempted to Kill the idle Task In swapper task - not syncing Hat jmd. eine Ahnun an was das liegen kann? (Hab schon versch. Du hast die HD am UDMA Controler richtig...?
Ich weiß z.B. von Suse das es den UDMA Controler erst ab der Version 7.1 Unterstützt. Wahrscheinlich hast du das selbe Problem.

Was UDMA Controller erst ab 7.1 wo kommst du denn her, also tut mir echt leid aber die 7.1er scheint wohl dein ertes Linux zu sein, das unterstützt Suse schon ewig wollte ich fast sagen, bei mir lief schon auf Rechner mit UDMA33 Controller die Suse 6.0, also bitte!!!
