Gefragt in Grafikkarten von amivita Einsteiger_in (25 Punkte)
Hallo,
ich habe immer wieder Probleme mit der Grafik. Insbesondere beim Spielen wird plötzlich der Bildschirm schwarz und nichts funktioniert mehr. Dann hilf nur noch der Ausknopf. Wenn ich dann zu kurz warte um neu zu starten, piept mein PC nur, startet aber nicht. Nach einiger Zeit (5 Minuten) gehts wieder.

Im Wartungscenter wird mir Folgendes angezeigt:

Die Problembehandlung bringt nichts. Es ist keine Lösung vorhanden. Was ist das und was kann ich machen?

Hallo,

den Piepton solltest Du genauer beschreiben, denn der könnte vom BIOS kommen ...z.B. weil ein Temperaturfühler wegen zu hoher Temperatur anschlägt. Dass es nach einigen Minuten wieder geht, könnte darauf hindeuten. Und eine Info zum Mainboard wäre noch sinnvoll.

überhitzung der graka kann es natürlich sein, aber ich tippe hier mal auf das netzteil

hast du es mal auf addiert, ob die leistung, speziell am 12volt zweig ausreicht. ich denke deine grafikkarte ist recht leistungshungrig

Hallo und vielen Dank für die bisherigen Antworten.

Der Piepton ist zweimal kurz dann Pause, dann wieder zweimal Piepton.

Was ich nur komisch finde ist, dass mir im Wartungscenter direkt angegeben wird, es sei ein Videohardwareproblem.

Der PC ist jetzt ca. 1 Jahr alt und es ist noch Garantie drauf.

Sorry Jellyfisher, ich verstehe nur Bahnhof von dem was Du sagst. So firm bin ich wirklich nicht, um Dir dort eine passende Antwort geben zu können.

Ralfb, wo finde ich die Infos, die Du brauchst? Es ist ein Aspire M7720.

Hi, ...sorry dass ich mich erst jetzt wieder melde

lade Dir mal hier:

das untere Proggi Speccy - Portable (Zip file, no installer) herunter, entpacke und starte es.

Die Zusammenfassung zeigt schon mal die wichtigsten Temperaturdaten auf einem Blick und Abschnitt "Mainboard" sagt uns, welcher Hersteller das BIOS programmiert hat ...ich tippe auf AMI und darauf dass Du 2x lang und 2x kurz gehört hast

...was tatsächlich bedeutet, dass das BIOS ein Problem mit der Graka meldet.

Interessant wäre dann noch mit GPU-Z einfach mal mitloggen zu lassen was sich bis zum Crash tut

Und DAS im "Normalbetrieb"!?

Wie heiss wird die wohl, wenn die unter 3D-Last voll hochtaktet?

Falls man das vergleichen kann ...meine Radeon HD 4890, die unter Last mit 850 MHz taktet, macht im Desktop-Betrieb 57°C und wenn ich z.B. CoD:WAW anwerfe knapp 70°

Ich bleibe dabei ...Deine Graka steigt wegen Hitzeproblem aus.

Ursache kann z.B. ein ungünstiges Rechner-Gehäuse sein. Entweder wurden Komponenten falsch verbaut oder die Gehäuse-Lüfter sind unterdimensioniert und schaffen es einfach nicht genügen Heissluft abzusaugen.

Zum Vergleich: Mein Gehäuse (Antech 900) hat 4x 120mm plus oben 1x 180mm Lüfter ...die sorgen schon auf niedrigster Stufe flüsterleise für genügend Frischluft.

Da Du noch Garantie hast, unterhalte Dich mal mit Deinem Händler. Sonst dürfte die Karte irgendwann endgültig abgeraucht sein

Ich tippe auf ein thermisches Problem der Grafikkarte. Läuft überhaupt der Lüfter auf der GraKAa bzw. der Lüfter des Netzteiles?
