Is this arcor's vpn?where is this vpn's client?

Question

I have a company's labtop. Installed the company VPN, vpn has a
network adapter called "Arcor vpn adapter' (it's shown in command line
,running 'ipconfig'), but I can't find the VPN client,who can tell me ,which
kind of arcor vpn is?Where can i download this vpn client.By the way,my
workmate said this is pptp vpn.

@@vivianX i'm sure it is a labtop,i make the xp system damaged.i can't
tell my company's it department.I'will be punlished..god,the only i can do
is to resetup the system and let it look as same as it looked like before.I
browse the www.arcor.de ,But i can't find any information about vpn..*Z*

Hi whitejqk,

You can try to make a system recovery to a point were the system did work properly.
Click to Start - All Programs - Accessories - System - Recovery

Then select to reset the computer to a recovery point. Provided, this feature was not deactivated and a recovery point has been created recently you will see a calender view where you can select to which date the computer will be recovered.

I would recommend to create a new recovery point first so you can go back to the actual state of your computer later.
