Hallo,
ich habe Windows 7 und bekomme beim Updaten den Fehlercode 800736B3
Daraufhin habe ich in verschiedenen Foren gelesen, dass ich Windows6.1-KB947821-v34-x64.msu installieren soll. Beim Installieren tut sich aber nichts, der Fortschrittsbalken bleibt über Stunden konstant auf 0%.
Also habe ich über den cmd mir die sfcdetails.txt geben lassen.
Ausgeschnitten weiter unten die Fehlermeldungen. Leider bin ich da schon an der Grenze meines Computerwissens. Ich habe noch verstanden, dass irgendetwas mit dem Package KB3022345 nicht stimmt und habe versucht das zu deinstallieren. Funktioniert leider weder über die normale Windowsoberfläche bei den Updates noch über wusa/deinstall/kb:3022345
Was kann ich tun?
Über Hilfe wäre ich sehr dankbar!
