How to Convert EML files into Outlook PST format?

I use windows Live mail for past three years  and now i want to move into Outlook, Need to Convert .EML file into PST format.

Hi,
As far as I know you can open EML folders directly with Windows Mail. Once imported to Windows Mail you can use the export function of Windows Mail to export the mails to Outlook.
So open Windows Mail which is by default part of a Win10 installation. Skip setting up a mail account and start the import.

A single EML mail can also be opened with the latest release of Outlook directly.
