WIN XP 64Bit OEM Setup hängt bei Installation

Hallo
Will nur was nachfragen.
Also mein Bruder hat sich eine Win XP 64Bit OEM Version gekauft und wollte sie installieren.
Vorher hatte er das normale Win XP Professional
oben.
Beim Setup hängt dann die ganze Installation.
Das ist die Stelle wo ganz unten
"Setup wird geladen" oder so ähnlich steht.
Also ich glaube es liegt an der OEM - Version
Es heisst ja sowas läuft nur mit einem neuen
PC.
Weiss wer Rat
