USB Problem

hallo an alle,
dieses problem wurde hier schon öfters gestellt, hat meine usb-probleme aber nicht gelöst...
problem - usb ports kaputt ??
system : laptop toshiba satellite p10, win xp, usb 2.0 ports
seit einem desaster-absturz letzte woche (mit schwarzem bildschirm und sonst nichts mehr) funktionieren die usb-ports nicht mehr.
sämtliche externen geräte werden nicht erkannt - usb sticks, maus, festplatten....
im bios ist usb aktiviert, in der systemsteuerung werden diese als funktionsfähig angezeigt..
einzig wenn ich die externe festplatte anstecke, schaltet sich diese ein - die platte erkennt einen rechner. umgekehrt erkennt der rechner gar nichts. bei der opt. maus bleibt der rote sensor auch finster.
in der systemsteuerung werden die externen geräte auch nicht angezeigt. sogar dieses windows-typiscche BIINNNGGGG bei einem usb-gerät bleibt aus.
irgendwo in diesem forum hab ich ein usb-recovery-tool gefunden, das hat auch nichts daran geändert/verbessert...
bios ist auf dem letzten stand.
hoffe, meine angaben sich verständlich und ausführlich genug, ich hoffe, ihr könnt mir helfen....

hi, finde heraus wie man bei deinem laptop die grundeinstellungen im bios vornehmen kann.
sowas wie "clear cmos" auf einem normalen pc.

schnüffel grad auf der toshiba seite rum, ist nicht einfach, diese info zu kriegen -- wenden sie sich an einen händler - HAHA..
ich schreib die typen mal an, ob diese die info rausrücken, wo das genau ist.
