Plextor PX-716A liest und schreibt auf neuem Rechner langsam

Hallo,
ich besitze einen Plextor PX-716A DVD-Brenner. Seit ich dieses in meinen neuen PC eingebaut habe, brennt dieses nur mit 1X Geschwindigkeit. Der Device-Buffer sackt die ganze bis auf 0% ab. Außerdem ist eine CPU fast die ganze Zeit voll ausgelastet.
CDs werden mit konstant 6x Geschwindigkeit gelesen.
Im alten Rechner lies alles einwandfrei.
Wie kann ich dieses Problem beseitigen?
Zwei Festplatten sind an SATA angeschlossen, der DVD-Brenner an das gelbe IDE Kabel.

selbe problem wie ich hatte, dein windows hat in den PIO modus gewechselt. normal reicht nen deinstallieren von dem ide kanal und neustart, aber leider macht das manchmal zicken, wie nun bei mir....
