Externer DVD-Brenner wird nicht angezeigt

[b]Mein DVD Brenner von BenQ,EW164B wird im *Arbeitspl.* nimmer angezeigt.Wenn ich ihn anschalte kommt eine Blase die mir sagt das dieses gerät höhere leistung erzielen kann.Manchmal bleiben einfach mal alle progs hängen bis ich den DVD-RW abstelle oder trenne!!!Was geht hier vor sich??
