Druckerprobleme hp deskjet 840c

trotzdem meine schwarze druckerpatrone voll ist, druckt mein hp 840 c im Modus "fotopapier hochglanz" ; "qualität optimal" absolut blaustichig.
selbst schwarze textausdrucke werden blau gedruckt.
wer hat eine Lösung?
betriebssystem Windows xp

versuche es mal mit einer Druckkopfreinigung oder wechsle die schwarze Druckerpatrone.
