Wie legt man Höhe und Breite eines Bildes fest?

Ich würde gerne wissen, wie man die höhe und breite eines bildes festlegt. Am liebsten hätte ich einen html-code für den body-bereich, in dem man die bildquelle, das linkziel, den alt-text und eben höhe und breite angeben kann.
Ich hoffe, dass mir jemand helfen kann!

du kennst dich demnach mit CSS genausowenig wie mit HTML aus - das solltest du ändern!
