Was bedeutet folgende Fehlermeldung?

Hallo zusammen,
hab nach Formatierung neuerdings ne Fehlermeldung mit der ich nichts anfangen kann, vielleicht Ihr aber?
Also sie lautet:
Failed to load control ´SocketXCt` from socket.ocx. Your Version of socketx.ocx may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application.
Kann mir mal jemand eventuell ein klein wenig erklären, was damit gemeint ist?
Dank Euch schon mal fürs Lesen und hoffe auf eine Lösung um diese Meldung abzuschalten.
