Service ZipToA unter NT4.0?
Hallo,
Installation eines Zip250 am Parallelport eines Notebook´s
NT Treiber:PPA3NT
eine Frage: bei der Installation unter NT 4.0 SP5
wird von der Iomega Setup-Routine Version 2.1.1
oder anderer
der Dienst ZipToA eingerichtet.
Startart:Automatisch
1.Unter der Ereignisanzeige :Anwendung
Wird angezeigt: Service was started.
2. Unter Systemsteuerung\Dienste wird
ZipToA als nicht gestartet angezeigt
Startart:Automatisch Status :leer
Welche Aufgaben übernimmt der Service (Dienst)?

In den meisten Fällen wird dieser Dienst für das ZIP nicht gebraucht und kann deaktiviert werden.

The ZipToA is an ATAPI driver that allows the computer BIOS to see the Zip® ATAPI drive as a floppy drive.
Windows NT® event viewer will show the ZiptoA drive did not load on restart. In most cases, this driver is not needed and may be disabled.
To correct this error, please use the following steps:
- Click Start, point to Settings and choose Control Panel.
- Double-click Services.
- Find the ZipToA in services and click once to highlight.
- Click the Startup button and select Disable.
- Click OK.
- Close Control Panel.
- Restart your computer for changes to take effect.
