PC um eine bestimmte Uhrzeit automatisch herunterfahren

Hi Leutz,
ich brauche mal eure hilfe. ich möchte das mein rechner nachts um eine bestimmte uhrzeit herunterfährt. ich möchte dabei kein zusätzliches prog einsetzten. kennt ihr eine möglichkeit wie?

ich hab ein super program, läuft prima.
heist
"exit" gibse einfach die uhrzeit ein, fährt dann automatisch runter.
ist ziemlich klein das programm.
wenn du willlst , schreib nir ne mail, maile ich es dir rüber
