100Mbit Netzwerk extrem langsam

Hi,
ich verzweifel hier noch!!!!
ich hab ein netz mit 3 pc´s
2x WinXP Prof
1x Win98 SE
alle sind sternförmig über einen 10/100 switch verbunden.
das netz an sich funzt (pins sind <1ms)
auch internet über janserver funzt prima
nur ist die datenübertragung im WinExplorer egal von welchem auf welchen Rechner ich kopieren will ne katastrophe (<500Kbyte/s)
ein 700MB file dauert über ne stunde.
ich hab den switch schon getauscht - hat nix gebracht.

Hast du NETBEUI als protokoll zu den Netzwerkprotokollen des XP Rechner hinzugefügt ? Teste das mal und entferne den QoS Paketplaner !!
