Hilfe Formel mit WENN, ODER, UND, SUMME

Hallo,
bei folgender Formel erhalte ich nur die Meldung WERT. nehme ich die Oder komponente heraus funktioniert sie einwandfrei. Die ODER Komponente beinhaltet ODER SUMME(D8:D10>0). Was habe ich falsch gemacht?
=WENN(ODER(UND(SUMME($I8:$I14)>$L$8*0,75;SUMME($I8:$I14)<$L$8*1,01);SUMME(D8:D10>0));"very high";"")

Probiers mal mit: ODER(SUMME(D8:D10))>0
