Hallo möchte mir ein Notebook kaufen und mich würde interessieren, ob ein VGA-Port und TV-OUT ident sind.

ob das das gleiche ist?
Nein.
VGA ist ein D-Sub Stecker mit 15 Pins glaub ich (Monitoranschluss).
TV-Out ist entweder ein gelber Cinch Stecker oder SVHS (ähnlich PS2)
