norton antivirus ladet keine updates

hallo
eine bekannte von mir hat ein problem mit dem liveupdate vom norton antivirus.
es kommt immer diese fehlermeldung.
bild unter: tomy2001.to.ohost.de
hab das programm schon deinstalliert und in der registry alle einträge gesäubert die was mit norton und symantec zu tun gehabt hatten.
weiß jetzt nicht mehr weit.
